We’ve spotted the Venu 4 on the Garmin Swedish support site, appearing on the ECG support page alongside the Venu 3. It is the only unreleased watch referenced on the page, making it a strong candidate for Garmin’s next mid-tier release, possibly in the days or weeks ahead.
Another breadcrumb in the Venu story
This is not the first time the Venu 4 has appeared online. Back in July, a reference was spotted by GarminRumours, on the Japanese site. This marks the first proper mention of the next mainline Venu. The Swedish ECG listing now adds another piece to the puzzle, showing that Garmin is steadily preparing the watch for launch.
The fact that it appears under ECG support is telling. Garmin typically updates documentation just before a release. And this clue hints that health features, particularly cardiac monitoring, will again be a central part of the new model.

Timing and design clues
Garmin’s Venu series has maintained a fairly predictable cadence. The original Venu launched in 2019, followed by the Venu 2 in 2021, the 2 Plus in 2022, and the Venu 3 in August 2023. This pattern makes a soonish launch for the Venu 4 plausible, and the Swedish site reference could indicate that Garmin is ramping up the final preparations.
Design-wise, the Venu 4 is expected to continue the round smartwatch style of the main Venu line. The Venu X1, with its square display and experimental body, feels like a separate design track. The round form factor remains Garmin’s most traditional, smartwatch-like option, appealing to buyers who prefer a familiar look but want incremental upgrades.
What the Venu 4 might bring
Okay, ECG has now been confirmed. Which is no real surprise. Unfortunately we do not know any other specs. Or whether there will be design tweaks.
The Venu 4 wishlist is all about making the watch feel more complete and useful. People want built-in full-colour maps, better performance metrics, and a nicer case instead of the mostly plastic one on the Venu 3. A brighter, more responsive AMOLED screen would help too, and any new sensors, like Elevate 6 or even things hinted at in patents for glucose or hydration tracking, would be a welcome bonus. Of course- extra battery life without adding bulk is also high on the list.
Other improvements could also make a difference. An LED flashlight is one of those things you don’t realize you need until you have it, and optional LTE would let the watch do more without forcing it on everyone. Overall, the wish-list is a mix of better health tracking, smarter performance features and tweaks that just make the watch nicer to wear and use every day.
The Swedish ECG listing adds a fresh clue to the ongoing Venu 4 story. With prior sightings on the Japanese site, a launch in the coming days or weeks seems increasingly likely.
