What are the new Black Ops 6 events this week? If you’re on the hunt for even more cosmetic goodies and unlockable weapons in BO6, you’re in luck. Black Ops 6 has brought back limited-time, seasonal events that reward you handsomely for completing various challenges.
The Black Ops 6 events that we’ve experienced so far include the Hit List and Gobblegum Mania, each with individual and community rewards up for grabs, and we’re sure there’ll be plenty more events to come in future Black Ops 6 seasons. So, polish off your best BO6 loadouts, get out onto the latest BO6 maps, and start racking up all the rewards the FPS game has to offer.
Current Black Ops 6 events
The events taking place in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 right now are:
- 90s Action Heroes
- Reznov Challenge Pack
90s Action Heroes
In this badass BO6 XP event, playing MP, Zombies, and Warfare boosts your progress through earning ten event-exclusive rewards, including the Mister Peeks Zombies Field upgrade. Collect all ten before the event ends to also pick up the Boxing Gloves melee weapon. 90s Action Heroes ends on Thursday, August 4, 2025, at 9am PDT / 12pm EDT / 5pm BST.
Reznov Challenge Pack
This challenge is directly related to the launch of Black Ops 7 and, as such, runs until the BO7 release date on November 14, 2025. In order to activate the event, though, you must pre-order BO7, at which point you can immediately use the SOG Reznov skin in BO6 and unlock Stalingrad and Memory Reznov skin challenges.
Upcoming Black Ops 6 events
With 90s Action Heroes underway and The Reckoning over, we’ve still got Atomic Block Party and Operation Hell Ride to look forward to, according to the Season 5 Intel Drop shown above.
We still don’t know what either is, but Atomic Block Party clearly takes place in Nuketown, while we assume Operation Hell Ride is a Warzone exclusive event due to the inclusion of vehicular warfare.
Black Ops 6 event rewards this season
Also shown in the Season 5 infographic above are two new attachments and two new weapons, all of which are available as event rewards. While we don’t know which events award which items yet, we do know these are the unlockables on the way:
- Boxing Gloves melee (90s Action Heroes)
- Mister Peeks Zombies Field Upgrade (90s Action Heroes)
- Gravemark .357 pistol
- Helical Magazine for the PPSH-41
- Skull Splitter Barrel for the 9mm PM
