The standard edition of the Amazfit Helio Strap has just appeared in a Walmart product listing. This is the first public confirmation of its price, and the first time we’ve seen the regular model outside the earlier Hydrox edition reveal.
Not just for pro athletes
Up to now, everything Zepp Health has shared officially has focused on the Hydrox edition of the Helio Strap. That version is tied into Hyrox events and appears tailored to competitive athletes. But the Walmart listing changes that. It confirms a regular model is on the way, priced at $79.99.
That’s a lot more accessible. And it suggests this device is meant to reach well beyond elite racers.

The design also looks more subdued. Just a minimalist black strap and sensor module. That likely makes it more wearable for daily training without drawing attention.
Other specs that are confirmed include 10 day battery, the usual fitness sensors, along with 27 sports modes. All info that was known before.

A launch should be imminent
Zepp Health is clearly positioning the Helio Strap as a companion device. It’s for people who might already own a smartwatch but want to add performance data without switching platforms. Or for athletes who are looking for a Whoop alternative.
This could also hint at a broader product strategy. Zepp has been experimenting with wearables that sit alongside its watches, from the AirRun treadmill to Helio Ring and now this strap. The low price supports that idea. It’s not trying to compete with the Apple Watch. It’s filling a different gap.
Now that this regular Helio Strap has surfaced, an official announcement probably isn’t far behind. Stay tuned.
