You’ll soon have the ability to add your own blood test results to the WHOOP app, but the feature is not live yet and access will start off limited. WHOOP is preparing to roll out external blood test integration in stages, with Life members set to get early access before a wider release.
WHOOP will soon support external blood test uploads, but only for some at first
Until now, WHOOP has kept daily wearable stats and medical lab data in separate places. The upcoming update will let members upload blood test results from any provider as part of their membership, for free. However, this is not something you can do right now, and it will not be available to everyone right away.
WHOOP says Life members will get access first. A broader rollout to all members is planned, but there is no official launch date yet. WHOOP’s team mentioned October for early access, though it remains to be seen if that means everyone will get it at that time. Interested users can join a waitlist in the app or on the company’s website.
What this feature will offer
Once available, WHOOP Advanced Labs will allow you to upload existing blood test results. This means you can bring in data from your doctor or another lab, and have it integrated with your sleep, recovery and strain stats inside the app. The aim is to give more context around what might be helping or holding back your performance.
There will also be a paid option to order new lab panels through WHOOP, using Quest Diagnostics. This service covers more than sixty biomarkers and provides a clinician-reviewed report with an action plan, all linked to your existing WHOOP data. Still, the big change is that uploading your own results will be free for members.

The idea is that lab results are not just static files. Once uploaded, they will be woven into your WHOOP feedback and daily coaching. You will be able to see how cholesterol, hormones, blood sugar, or inflammation markers connect with your sleep, training and energy levels.
Timeline and early access details
There is still no set date for the full launch. All signs point to Life members being the first group to try the new feature, with a gradual rollout for everyone else. The initial launch will be in the US, with other countries following after.
Anyone interested can get on the waitlist through the app or on WHOOP’s website. The free upload of external blood test results is nearly here, but most members will have to wait a bit longer to get access.
